Baby : Carrot noodle
Little CY went for vegetarian this weekend. We have been feeding him fish for many weekend. So, we decided to make a change. We found this carrot noodle in JJ. Hmmm.. why not give it a trial as well...Little CY finished off a bowl (his bowl) of noodle, all the pumpkins and half bowl ( as shown) of the sweet potato.
Baby : Pumpkin fish porridge
Normally, PL will not mix the fish or pumpkin into the porridge. We tried this out the other day and it did taste well too.

Chocolate chips cheesecake
Sharing this recipe before but now trying more adeventurous recipe with chocolate chips and melted chocolate with step-by-step photos.
Base :Crush biscuits (Biscuits or Oleo or chipsmore or even chocolate) with melted butter. Whipping cream can be added. Flatten onto tray.
Cake :Mix 500 gm cream cheese, 250 ml whipping cream, melted chocolate/coffee and 2 teaspoon of gelatin with little hot water. For chips, blend the chocolate without melting it. For chocolate flavour, melted chocolate is added into the mixture. Pour mixture onto base.
Freeze for 30 min in normal refrigenerator.
