Chinese : 海带 鸡丝 面汤

Peanut Cookies

We tried the recipe by cutting half from newspaper & it works !
Dough will expand after baking, so leave some space when placed on the baking plate. So, the cookies will not stick together.

Chinese : 花生 排骨

一小片八角
两茶匙豆酱
花生
猪肉片或排骨
半杯水

用慢火煮

5 minute green apple-celery juice

Slice & core 2 green apples.
Cut celery into cubes.

Process in a juicer with desired amount water.

note : natural sweetness, no sugar.

10 minute cheesecake

Base :
Crush biscuits (Oleo or chipsmore) with melted butter.
Flatten onto tray.

Cake :
Mix 500 gm cream cheese, 250 ml whipping cream, melted chocolate/coffee and 2 teaspoon of gelatin with little hot water.

Pour mixture onto base.
Freeze for 30 min in normal refrigenerator.
